Did they check your battery connections? Corrosion on the terminals can cause the symptoms that you described. So can a bad fuel line. When does it start missing? Does it do it at all speeds, or just highway speeds (above 60mph)? When does it go away? Does it go away when you slow down? Does it not matter what speed you are traveling?
